Mr. Hilliard has spent the last twenty years in design, implementation and administration of physician and executive benefit programs. Mr. Hilliard was formerly a Vice President of USI Executive and Professional Benefits Division. His expertise is consulting with clients to solve long range human resources objectives by using a variety of supplemental benefit programs.

Prior to joining USI Executive and Professional Benefits Division, Mr. Hilliard was employed by Balser Companies as a Managing Director with primary consulting responsibilities to public companies and strategic partners - BT Alex Brown and Smith Barney.

Prior to Balser Companies, Mr. Hilliard was Vice President of Executive Planning Services National Accounts for Alexander and Alexander. While at Alexander & Alexander, Mr. Hilliard managed the Executive Benefits Services National Accounts office. This team was the national resource center responsible for the design, implementation and administration of non-qualified plans,i.e; Split Dollar, Deferred Compensation, S162 Group Life Carve Out plans, and Supplemental Executive Disability Plans.

Under his leadership, Alexander & Alexander's proposal/administration system was developed. This system greatly enhanced the sales/administrative capabilities for broad based executive benefit plans which played a major role in the acquisition of large clients i.e, General Electric, H.G.Heinz, Schering Plough and others. The administration system itself became a source of revenue due to the referrals and fees generated.

Mr. Hilliard holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds of Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations. Mr. Hilliard is a member Advanced Association of Life Underwriters(AALU).

A veteran of more than 15 years in the finance and technology fields, Stacy Kenworthy directs the technology development and implementation activities for BeneFacio.

Mr. Kenworthy holds a MBA from Emory University and a BA (Summa Cum Laude) in Accounting from Georgia State University. He also holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Life Underwriter designations.

Mr. Kenworthy is a frequent speaker at technology events throughout the world, and gave the keynote address at the first Open Source technology conference held in Taiwan. In addition, Mr. Kenworthy is an active participant with the National Committee on US-China Relations Young Leaders program, the Saudi America Interactive Dialog (SAID), and the CEO Leadership Institute.

Mr. Hilliard has spent the last 15 years in design, implementation and administration of disability income plans for the physician and executive benefit market. His expertise is consulting with clients to solve long-range human resources objectives by using a variety of supplemental benefit programs.

Prior to joining Benefacio as a Managing Director, Mr. Hilliard was employed by Brill Financial Group as Brokerage Director with primary consulting responsibilities to agents, employee benefit firms, and clients.

Mr. Hilliard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Harding University. He also holds the Disability Income Associate designation. Mr. Hilliard is a member Advanced Association of Life Underwriters (AALU) and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA)

A dedicated and talented management professional with more than 15 years of experience in information systems, inventory control and logistics, finance, human resources, customer service, and client management. As a U.S. Marine Corps officer, Mr. Greene and his team developed and deployed various analytic tools to supply accounts in the midst of a transition from mainframe to networked supply technology. During the tech boom, developed statistically viable computer trading systems and remotely tutored clients around the country on various real-time financial data applications.

Everywhere he has gone Mr. Greene has always used applied technology to maximize the effectiveness of those around him.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from DePauw University.
