Our consulting services focus on the design, implementation, funding and management of non-qualified executive benefit programs.

  • Design: Assisting our clients in the design of executive benefit plans. The design phase identifies the client's objectives and issues, quantifies liabilities, assesses existing plans or programs, evaluates design alternatives, and makes recommendations.
  • Implementation: Coordinating all of the implementation for a client's plan. This involves plan documentation, communication and enrollment.
  • Preservation: Involves the evaluation of executive benefit plan alternatives. Benefit protection is an important issue to address and solve with non-qualified programs.
  • Funding: Working with clients to evaluate using insurance to fund executive benefit plan liabilities. Provides evaluation of the economics and financial impact of the solution.
  • Management: Coordinating administration for a client's insurance and benefit programs. Management of a client's program involves preparing annual reviews, evaluating changes in original plan assumptions, and monitoring the changing legal, tax and financial environment.
